Top Ten Tuesday: Top Ten Books that Celebrate Diversity/Diverse Characters

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.  Click here to join in on the meme.

So this week I'm a little ashamed... I don't read that many diverse books.  It's not because I avoid them, but I don't exactly seek them out.  Which means that, instead of ten books, I only have five.  So, please, help me out!  Recommend some books that are full of diversity, please!

A Crown for Cold Silver

The Mortal Instruments

The Lunar Chronicles

The Bone Season

The Blood of Eden

  1. I don't have a full list either! I have a bunch on my TBR and some are even sitting on my shelves just waiting to be read. But I could only think of 8.

  4. I only read two of them, TMI and Cinder, and I liked them both. This week was a hard topic, I had a difficult time coming up with ten books as well!
Thanks for stopping by my post!

  5. Cool list! I've only ever heard of Cinder, and I haven't even read that one. This week's prompt was hard.

    1. Cinder was such a surprising read for me, but surprising in every good way! I had no idea what I was going into but it was well worth it. I definitely recommend it. Thanks for stopping by!
